Car completely died on Al Wahda Road, need a recovery service that won't take forever

Sitting here typing this from the side of Al Wahda Road while waiting for my car to get sorted, what a morning. My engine just cut out while I was driving, all the warning lights came on at once and now it won't even crank, completely dead electrically which makes me think alternator failure rather than just a battery issue but honestly I'm guessing at this point. Called my insurance roadside assistance and they quoted me a two hour wait which is just not acceptable when you're stranded on a busy road in this heat. Started searching for independent car recovery sharjah services and came across car battery replacement sharjah which apparently does recovery and towing alongside their battery and tyre stuff. They said they could have a flatbed to me within 30 to 45 minutes which is way better than what my insurance is offering. My question is whether anyone here has used their recovery service specifically and can vouch for the response time being accurate, because I've had experiences with other companies where they promise half an hour and show up an hour and a half later. Also once they pick up the car do they just drop it wherever I tell them or do they have a recommended garage they work with for diagnostics, I don't have a regular mechanic here so I'd actually appreciate being taken somewhere trustworthy rather than just the nearest random garage. Any insights while I wait would be great, got nothing but time right now obviously.
