A targeted prescription oral medicine belonging to the class of drugs called Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors used for the treatment of NSCLC and advanced pancreatic cancer. Erlotinib 150 mg tablet works by blocking Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) protein to stop the proliferation of cancerous cells further. It is used in combination with gemcitabine for pancreatic cancer.
