Exploring the Impact and Future of Mental Health Services on CW Health
Walk-ins welcome! No waitlist. Medicaid/Medicare/Apple Health accepted. Transportation available. Treatment for addiction to opioids, fentanyl, heroin, alcohol, methamphetamine, cocaine, cannabis, benzodiazepine, kratom, and tobacco. Recovery/rehab through medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), including methadone, all buprenorphine formulations (Suboxone, Sublocade, Brixadi), and Naltrexone/Vivitrol. Providers are on site every day. Mental health care & urgent care for enrolled patients. Trauma-informed care and whole-person, individualized treatment for patients with drug addiction. Adults and adolescents treated, including pregnant patients. Locations served: Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Federal Way, University Place, Artondale, Lacey, Puyallup, Spanaway, and Lakewood. Owned by the Puyallup Tribe of Indians. Open to all.
