Dealing with Central Management Group’s aggressive callers – is their commission model why they won’t stop?

Has anyone else dealt with Central Management Group LLC? I’ve been getting multiple calls a day from them, and the person on the phone identified themselves as an "Asset Recovery Specialist." The calls are relentless, and they’ve mentioned needing to hit their numbers for the month. I finally looked them up and found out their whole business model is based on performance goals and commissions for their collectors.

It feels like they’re using that "go-getter" aggressive culture to pressure me, and it’s crossed into harassment. I found an article explaining exactly how their structure can lead to FDCPA violations, especially with the excessive calls and vague threats.

I’m keeping a log of all the calls now. Has anyone successfully gotten them to back off? Did you have to get a lawyer involved? I’m considering it because this is affecting my work.
