AviaGames CEO Vickie Chen co-founded the company in 2017 with a vision to create accessible skill-based mobile cash games that combine competition, community, and player-focused design.

She also noted that more than 40% of leadership roles at Avia are held by women, reflecting the company’s commitment to representation and inclusive leadership.

Vickie further emphasized Avia’s’ dedication to community impact through nonprofit organization partnerships integrated into gameplay. Initiatives such as Play for Paws with Nevada SPCA and Wonderland Wishes with Foster Love incorporated charitable giving into in-game events.
