The build isn't complicated to gear, but it's picky. Your quarterstaff should have high physical damage, attack speed, crit chance, and added Cold Damage if possible. Gloves matter more than usual because Martial Artist gets serious value from glove-based scaling, so look for added physical damage, attack speed, Cold Damage, and critical strike multiplier. Rings and amulets should patch attributes and resistances while adding crit or flat Cold Damage. In maps, keep moving and don't overthink every pack. Shattering Palm into a frozen group, let Herald of Ice do its dirty work, then dash onward. Against rares and bosses, slow down a bit. Apply Elemental Weakness, stack Combo with Ice Strike, drop Tempest Bell, and keep pressure on the target while watching for big attacks. Once your crit and Cold scaling are in place, many enemies spend more time frozen or staggered than actually fighting back.
